We are not responsible for orders delayed by shipping carriers due to adverse weather conditions or mechanical issues.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
From time to time, there may be a production delay which is out of our control. If this occurs, this may affect the overall shipping/delivery. We will always communicate any delays to the customer and do our best to find an alternative solution if possible.
Vår Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee that shipping address update request will be processed. If your order has been shipped, contact the carrier to update the address.
If an item does not reach you, is returned to Vår Studio by the carrier and reported undeliverable, we will do our best to communicate with you to get corrected information and re-ship the item, but additional shipping fees may apply. If items are damaged by the time they are returned by the carrier to Vår Studio and reported undeliverable, Vår Studio will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. Please don’t hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if issues arise and we’ll do our best to help.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by the carrier. If the package is marked “delivered” and you have not received it, please email us at email@example.com and we will do our best to help track it down and file a claim with the carrier. We are unable to refund product and/or shipping costs once the item(s) have shipped, however we will do our best to help locate the missing package.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Vår Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If you’re not satisfied with your item(s), we’re here to help! Every item is made to order, therefore we are happy to exchange your item within 10 days of receiving your order. We don’t offer returns for our items. Buyer is to send back the item for exchange at their expense, meaning shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged product. We recommend using tracking and/or insurance, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items (especially if value is over $50).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Exceptions / non-returnable items. Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (unworn or unused)
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, The new item will be processed and sent out.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If any item arrives broken or with a production or printing error, please send pictures of the damage to: email@example.com
